Default HD filmed, but not released on Blu-Ray

In this topic can we compile a list of films/tv shows that have been filmed in Hd, but never released on Blu-Ray. This is something that irritates me to unknown bounds, as I see no point in it. Why put the effort in making it in Hd, then never releasing it on Blu-Ray? It'l air on Sky HD, so this is how I know it was HD.
I'l start the list with what I know.

Futurama, Benders Big Score
Futurama, The Beast With A Billion Backs
Stargate SG1 Seasons 8-10
Stargate Ark of Truth
Stargate Atlantis 1-4 (Not yet sure if season 5 will be on Blu-Ray, but I'm guessing not)

What further gets me angered by this, is the fact some shows that were never originally made in HD, get released on Blu-Ray!

A lot of TV shows originally broadcast in HD have HD masters that don't meet the standards of Blu-ray. There is a lot of varying levels of quality in HD.

Many TV series are shot on film, often 35mm. Over the last decade lots of different telecine systems have come and gone. In the past few years film scanning and digital intermediate work has taken image acquisition to much more precise levels. The best looking Blu-ray movies are sourced from digital intermediates. How many TV series use DI techniques in post production?

Instead of rushing just any TV series originally broadcast in HD over to Blu-ray those production companies will have to take a careful, critical look at their existing HD masters and decide if they need to create a better quality master before proceeding with a Blu-ray authoring project.

The Futurama films will come in time no doubt. They weren't ready to jump on the Blu-ray train yet when they first came out, but they've since shown commitment to the format with the 3rd and 4th films. I doubt if it will be too much longer before the first two will be available as well.

Can't really speak much to the other points other than to echo was has already been said. A lot of TV material is recorded to film, and that film just needs a new digital transfer to have a 1080p picture. The source film has a lot more depth than most people realize; they seem to think that if something was created in the time before HDTV, there's no way it will ever be seen in HD. That's simply not right.

KISS Rock the Nation Live was filmed in HD. Great show that needs a Blu-ray release. We just have to wait for Gene Simmons to see the $$ in Blu-ray.

No word on the rest of the ones you mention, but it's a pretty safe bet we'll see all those on Blu eventually.
