Default Regret?

I was curious with all sorts of complaints if anyone has ever regretted going Blu?

Blu-ray can get frustrating with live action movies because of the different quality from scene to scene, especially light and dark. Even than the color is phenomonal if you can get past grain.

I don't regret it going. I do wish they had a LOT more animated titles as they have consistent quality throughout.

Every "film" has grain, except animated movies.

And no, I don't regret it.

I don't regret going Blu at all. I just wish Warner would do a better job with their releases. So no regrets, just a little disappointment sometimes.

Nope, no regrets here. Absolutely love Blu (HD). Little expensive still (I thought disc prices would have gone down a little bit more this time of year) but definitely worth it.

No regrets I am loving Blu-ray and I want Warner to stop digitally removing grain.

Regret? Well, I decided to buy a new PS3 instead of using the extra money to pay some bills. I have no regrets.

you come into a website filled with blu ray enthusiasts and ask if we regret going blu?

you're just in time for the "worst thread of the year" award!

Yeeeeeaaaaa, I agree. I don't regret going Blu, but the prices can be a little frustrating. Especially when a title you really want has an MSRP of $34.99 or more. Just makes it a little difficult to buy the movie no matter how good it is.
