those are the boxing day specials ... guess they are still the same price for a while... I got some of them ... (damm Sweeney Todd could have been a great movie if it wasn't the stupid songs all over the movie...)

Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow is a smoking hot deal! Not the greatest movie in the world, but for that price, you can't beat it.

Also Rambo 1-3 is $10 each if anyone is interested. I think I saw Serenity for $22.99 as well.

Austin Powers was released in Canada on Dec. 23, but since its released by Alliance barely any stores had it on release day so i just ordered off Amazon.ca for 52.95 and it shipped on the street date and i received it the next day.

Alliance is terrible when having their Blu-ray's on release day.

I remember both Harold and Kumar movies were in stores like 2 weeks after.

i've checked all my stores in the area: FS, Walmart, Rogers, Blockbuster, HMV, nobody had a copy. =/

thanks for the heads up, those were the boxing day deals n saw 2 was on for $10 and saw 3 for 16.99. picked up saw 1 and 2. didnt see nything else that caught my fancy, not much of a fan of sweeny todd, sky captain was good,. but not worth buying. would have loved to pick up serenity for 10bucks but alas i'll wait till the price drops. not really an austin powers fan enough to buy them on blu. i prefer the action/ special effect films on blu.
