Nice Martin Logan CLS. Are they ML CLS IIZ? I used to have that speakers, for me one of the best speakers out there. Are you using that speakers for home theater? You will need powerful amp to drive that speakers.

they're not used for home theater, way too over kill imo and i certainly dont have a certain worthy of playing with them. even if my receiver had preouts i would not connect them for home theater. they are cls ii, no Z. they're driven by audio research tube pre/pros.

the panels are over 15 yrs old and need replacement, i just havent been able to get around to it. need another stimulus check from the government

the home theater fronts are supplied by the proac bookshelves on the outside of the MLs.

I was gonna say, are those speakers or refrigerators?

What do you use them for now, if not your HT? I also really like the bias lighting, I was thinking of doing the same with with some LED strips from Ikea.

they're strictly for CD stereo music.

Awesome screenshots!
I have that disc and just can't believe the picture; and I don't even have a HD screen yet! Gotta love technology.

here are some pictures for comparison of pre and post calibration i did on my 5020FD with Chroma 5 meter and CalMAN software over the weekend. CalMAN pdf report here.

the pre-calibration pictures were taken by switching PureCinema to Advanced and post-calibration pictures taken with PureCinema at Off. since calibrated settings dont carry over to Advanced this is the quickest way to take screenshots of pre and post calibration results.

yes, tripod is required for picture taking in a dark environment. also crucial is setting the camera on a timer shutter so the vibration from you pressing the button does not mess up the shot.
