Default Dark Knight disc dissapointment

Is anybody else really really dissapointed with the Dark Knight release?

I'm one of those people who actually really like extra features: deleted scenes, commentary, interviews, making-of's.

Dark Knight had nothing of good integrity for bonus features i think. I know Nolan didn't put much on Batman Begins either, is this his fault??

My father-in-law got Dark Knight on SDVD, and it isn't really lacking anything as far as bonus features compared to my bluray disc. the 2-disc SDVD release seems like a huge waste of 10 extra bucks.

I got the bluray release, but this is kinda the most dissapointing of any of my bluray purchases.

Does anybody know of any deleted scenes for this film out there? were they just ommited from the dvd/blu release? I refuse to believe this great (and long) of a movie didn't have anything out there we didn't get...

I think for standard dvd release, Dark Knight is just fine as the single-disc edition, and the special edition is a wast of 10$.

I got the bluray, the movie is great, i think it deserves better bonus features though.

This will be moved to the Mega Thread. There are no deleted scenes.

I am; love the actual movie, but the lackluster behind the scenes stuff left me wanting...not their best effort in that regard

The amount of extras sucked but the Pshycology of Bruce Wayne was great. I know some people will say why do you want to know the pschology of a man that doesn't exist, but I found it fasinating.

I prefer the DVD package where they give the Batman Mask Disc Cover or the Bat Motorcycle (forgot wat is called)

How come Blu-ray don have these freebies??
