Lego Rock Band???

I was reading Joystiq and they were talking about the rumor of Lego Rock Band coming out next year. I just shook my head and said numerous prayers that they aren't wasting their time on this. I don't see how they can actually make a viable game copying another easily purchased game with absolutely nothing that can be added really. I hope though that the rumor about a new Lego game coming out in 09 is true! I've enjoyed the Lego games and would love to see a new one.

I honestly think they could do a Lego Spongebob or Lego Harry Potter because they already released play sets for both of those so they have to have some form of licensing agreement in place.
