Wrong turn PQ - Blu-ray Forum

The review on this movie gave it a 2.5 for pq rating. I watched this last nite and i didnt think the picture was that bad. I wouldnt call it reference material but i wouldnt give it anything below a 3. Anyone else agree?? What movie has a bad Pq? The worst iv seen probly was dog soldiers but it still wasnt that bad of pq imo.

IMO when they rate a movie PQ a 3 in here the screens always look better and if they rate it 4 or higher the screens always look worse. i find that kinda weird

I know this thread is super old, but i'm hoping maybe someone considering whether to watch the movie reads it.

It's not nearly as bad as the reviewer said. 2.5, what the hell? I've seen them rate some so-so stuff a 3.5 to 4, so as another person said, it's all relative.

But to anyone who read the review and is put off by it, it's not that bad! 3 to 3.5 sounds much more correct in my opinion...

I was reluctant to upgrade my DVD because I had seen all the negative reviews for the PQ. But I picked it up with the $3 coupon for $6.99, I probably wouldn't have bought it otherwise.

I finally watched it the blu-ray tonight, and I thought the picture quality looked pretty good. The audio was terrific. I'm really glad I bought this.

The review on this site (plus the user reviews posted) are pretty harsh on this one.

I was just thinking the same thing... I never purchased the Blu-ray because I owned it twice on DVD and all the rumors that said the blu-ray was infact worse than the DVD.
