interested but will have to wait for some movie reviews on this. already pissed away more than a few $s on bad zombie movies and have been trying to avoid that.

Bloodline(s) is in the top 5 most over-used sub-titles for movies. The 2008 DotD movie (I ain't calling it a remake cuz it is not) was more fun than it should've been. This any relation?

Just looked on imdb which has the red band trailer. This looks more like a remake and not very, if at all, related to the 2008.

This looks really bad. I'll pick it up when it's in a Walmart value bin just to add it to my other "Dead" films.

That sounds exactly what i'm expecting. Just a dumb but not terrible zombie movie.

Its easily going to be better than Day of the Dead 2: Contagium and the Steve Miner remake.

The best part of it was the “Bub” counterpart, Max. He was creepy af, and an interesting take on the concept, and the whole social commentary thing that Romero is known for. The movie had stuff in it that made me think it could have been good with a couple more rewrites and everyone but Max played by different actors. That made it more frustrating than anything to watch though. Nothing worse than a bad movie with glimmers of awesome here and there.

I had 100% more fun watching the 2008 movie. At least they knew they were making a turd.

Review is up.

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Day-o...196098/#Review

Along with the reviewer talking about "George O. Romero"....on Romero's birthday, at that...

Who currently has the rights to the original '85 film? A new 4K scan of that on an actual UHD would be bonkers.

If I found this movie for under $5, I am still unsure if I'd buy it. The only credit i'll give it is that the gore looked good.
