Default Blu-ray lazy

Is it me or has blu-ray gotten real lazy lately with releasing more titles on the format. I mean you got so many major movie studios out there but yet they still don't want to get involved with making more movies on blu-ray. When Blu-ray was up against HD-DVD they were trying to release a lot of movies on blu-ray and now that blu-ray has taken out HD-DVD it sounds to me like blu-ray is no longer in a hurry to come out with more titles on blu-ray? They want us to spend $300-$600 or more o a blu-ray player but yet they can't release more movies on blu-ray, If you ask me they are still releasing more titles on DVD then on Blu-ray, and they told all of us that everything was going to be on blu-ray, it doesn't sound like this at all, If blu-ray is suppose to be the next greatest movie format then they need to start coming out with more titles on blu-ray and re-release the titles that are already terrible on blu-ray and re-release them again on Blu-ray the way they should be on hi-def. One title that comes to mind is carrie with sissy spacek.

January is usually a dry period for new video releases. Things should pick up. I think a lot actually came out in the 4th quarter of 2008, almost too much to buy.

Yeah, that's probably what it is, but it makes you wonder. It'd be the perfect time to bring out some great catalog titles.
