PS3 Bluray Stutter

I have an 80GB (if that matters) PS3 with my 52" Samsung LNT5271F tv. I have one small issue that is kindof annoying and hard to pin point.

During movie playback (not all the times) the blu ray will stutter or go slow motion. This is when I have my 120hertz Automotion on, whether its on LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH.

What would cause this random stutter, it doesnt happen in the same spot in the disk so that makes me think its not the disk. It cant be the TV cause the TV has a feature called GAME MODE which sets the right AUTO MOTION for you. So all eveidence traces back to the PS3.

I did though get my PS fixed from Sony (for another issue & this issue) and I am running with the latest software update. So I am at a lost now.

Anyone else experience this issue what has made it go away?

I LOVE watching blurays with my AUTO MOTION either on HIGH or MEDIUM cause it makes them look soooo 3dish!! lol
