I think a hot actress turns a 2 star movie into a 3 star movie (even if there are no sexy scenes) and a 3 star movie into a 4 star one.

That be a difficult site to start considering, whats pretty to one, is hideous to another. It would be purely off of ones own opinion.

There's enough agreement on what's attractive to do it. Chickipedia is sort of like that but it's not just actresses...

Still it might be useful with what he's asking for.

sounds a bit like the website idea the guys had in Knocked up... about movies and what times people got naked in them...

Why not just think of some of the actresses whom you think are hot and wikipedia them or something to see what all movies they are in.
