Hello, is UK version of La Vie En Rose region-free? and is the english subtitle Hard sub?

When you say "hard sub", do you mean subtitles as part of the feature i.e. not a feature that can be turned off and on? I was wondering this too...

Can't say for certain because I don't have a BD drive in my computer to test it, but there is a region 'B' locked symbol on the case and the movie BD. The extras disk is a PAL DVD locked to region 2.

English subtitles are forced, the subtitles button is locked during playback on my PS3 and there is no option to change them in the pop-up/top menus.

Not region free.

Will not play on my Region A US PS3.
