Default Help! Dell laptop not playing Dark Knight & Wall-e

I have a dell laptop, Inspirion 1525, with a bd drive. I have watched a few blus on it. Pirates 1, cars, transformers, but recently tried Dark Knight and Wall-e. Dark Knight and wall-e would not play. These are 2 of my favorite movies and as of now cant play them on the road. I use the included software, dell media direct, to play my blus. I have tried updating it but it just keeps telling me to update. Please help, I am hoping someone knows how to get these movies to play.

Might be better to upgrade to the latest Power DVD, as I find the Dell Media Direct Software to have a bunch of issues with different media types.

Other than that, check their website for a newer version or see if you can review what is actually being updated when you do so.
