Will the Nyko Zero Controller's adapter that comes with it work with a Logitech Harmony remote?

I'm asking because I picked a few of these up during Black Friday that I know are IR Adapaters, but may not be compatible with Harmony remotes as I'm looking to pick one up and want it to be usable with my PS3.

Just wondering as if it wouldn't work I'd like to order the Blu-Wave IR Adapter ASAP.
