Default Movie prices rant

Hi, just a general rant. I just got back from Wal Mart. Generally, I don't buy movies at the local stores because I can find them for less on line, but occasionally I peruse the movie section anyways hoping to find a deal. Both Bangkok Dangerous and Saw V are cheaper (by about $1) at my local Wal Mart than they are on Walmart.com or Amazon.com. I also noticed that most of the newer releases on SDDVD were $19.96 on full-screen and $24.96 on Wide Screen. For an SDDVD! Most of the newer Blurays were $24.96 or $29.96. Doesn't seem so bad when compared to $24.96 for the SD widescreen version. Used to be they would have new releases on SD for $14.96 or $16.96. When did the price go up? Have you noticed this at your local WalMart too? They also had the Eden Lake DVD for $14.96, which is about $3 less than Walmart.com or Amazon.com. However, Vacancy 2: The First Cut was $19.96. Anyway, I picked up Saw V, and am on the fence about going back and picking up Eden Lake on SD, because it got cancelled on Bluray, and who knows if they will release it or not. I haven't bought an SDDVD for over a year.
