That sounds awesome. I love a good aquarium. I've done the dolphin thing before, but not a whale shark. Those things are CRAZY looking. Where is this, Atlanta?

Yeah its in Atlanta which is only a 4 hour drive for me, and its my dream to swim with Sharks...so this seems like a great chance to get it done, I dont care that its 200 dollars lol.

Hey there, you and I are pals on here, but the intimate details of my aquatic activities are none of your concern. Some lines just don't need to be crossed.

I went there in 07. I didn't swim with the whale shark or nothing, but that place is awesome. I want to go back again. It is really big and layed out really nice. They have it split into different regions. Like the colder north or south region, amazon, freshwater, salt water etc. The way some of the tanks are built in with the structure and surrounding is cool too. I think the amazon one has one of the tanks running from where you walk in and it goes above your head and into another area. You could look up and see the fish swiming along. The wall and stuff has an old tree look built into it. Kinda hard to explain but you'll know what I'm talking about when you see it LOL

On another note, the Coca Cola center is right across from it. It's ok. I didn't really care for it. But if you want to see historic stuff of theirs and the history and everything it's cool. The best part of it was at the end of it, they got these fountain machines where you can taste their products from different countries, since they're not sold here. I think with a package deal you can get both for literally $10 more than the aquarium by itself.

personally I do not like the Georgia Aquarium, it is way to overpriced for what it is. I like the Tennessee aquarium much better imho. To each their own I guess. The new World of Coke is awesome though, been there three times now

We might not even be able to go as soon as we thought now, the shark swimming thing is booked for months straight

I would like to go to the Zoo and see the pandas too.

World of Coke + Georgia Aquarium

Ticket prices:
Adult $36.50
Senior (age 65+) $31.00
Child (age 3 - 12) $26.50

I've done that pass twice, but I'm done with the Georgia Aquarium unless they do some major changes and drop the prices. I'm about to order a season pass for the World of Coke though . I work in downtown Atlanta, so all I have to do is hop on Marta for like three stops and then walk a 1/4 mile and I'm there

btw, now probably wouldn't be a good time to visit the Aquarium, I was there not too long ago and they were doing some major construction. They had a whole section blocked off and on top of that they had the upstairs blocked mostly because of the TITANIC exhibit in which you have to pay even more to go see. I'm not sure when the construction will be done but I don't think it will be any time soon.

I've been to World of Coke a few times. But the aquarium only once, the very day it opened and I'd like to go back. It was pretty awesome.
