I think the worst thing about apologizing to a woman is when she asks, "For what?" as if she doesn't know what you did to make her mad in the first place.

You're already busted for something [probably buying too much expensive technology], and now you have to fess up because sorry isn't enough.

Am I right, women(the few that are here)?! The master of psychological warfare!!

It depends on if your apology is sincere..... or if you are just apologizing to get out of a situation. We can tell. If she thinks it's just an avoidance apology...... she may want details so she at least knows you understand exactly what you are apologizing for.
