Deja Vu Freezing Issue? - Blu-ray Forum

Several folks using Sammy BD-P1200's have had freezing issues with Deja Vu. Could be the title, could be the player, or it could be strictly random, but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had freezing issues with this title and with what player.

I bought my copy the day it came out and played it that same day on my PS3 it froze on me 3 times during the playback. I thought it was just my copy so I went right back to Best Buy and exchanged it. I haven't played the new copy... who else is having this problem?

I had no problems with Deja Vu on my PS3. Make sure your wifi is turned off.

I can confirm the lockups in Deja Vu with BD-P1200. Kind of bad on a brand new player! I'm going to connect the ethernet port tonight and see if any updates are available. The lockups for me came around 11 minutes, 25 minutes and then 61 minutes. I found that if you scan back a bit into the movie and then let it play forward it goes past the point of lockup and continues.

i had no problems at all. wached it last night on the ps3 and the ps3 had been running all day

I watched my copy on my PS3 and had no problems with it.. There may be some bad copies of the movie..
