Buying either the 706 or 806 tomorrow

So it seems like the 805 is out of stock with no sign of return anytime soon so im left with either

706 for $450
806 for $540

both from ecost


trying to decide if its worth the $90 to get the 806

going with the 806 i get
+1 HDMI
+BTL Capability For Front (210w)
?Dual PUSH-PULL Design
+30w
+7 band Multi-Band Speaker EQ (vs 5 band on the 706)

I HAVE THE 805 AND IF YOU CAN GET THE 806 FOR THAT PRICE JUMP ON IT

Looking at the same thing...hope they fixed the blue dot issue...I think they did in the latest batches from the factory

I heard that same thing a couple weeks ago. Then one night I came home and checked the site, low and behold they had some in stock. I was not sure if it was an error or not but I went ahead and ordered one. It showed up about 5 days later, looking great.

My Local Ht Shop Might Have One They Do Pricematch Some Online Stores , If You Want To Call Them I Can Post The Number They Will Ship It From Idaho And They Are The Certified Onkyo Dealer Just A Thought

damn ive been checking all this week with no sign of it, the response i got back from them was

"As of the moment we still have no updated shipment date from the manufacturer, so we really can't say when we will be receiving the new stocks for this particular item"

yeah i saw that too, at first i was like then i clicked it and it said it was unavailible

I'm not to sure about them as a seller. Aren't they mixed-bagged when it comes to returning defective products, and returns and refunds are at their sole discission and the manf warranty is upheld highest and first...

$534.99 for it, not to bad i almost went with the 706 but i liked the bridging, figured it would be nice for music and such
