Default Connecting Wii to Receiver Denon 1909

Hi, i have just got a Wii (for free i might add) how do i hook this up to my Denon 1909 - which ports? all i have with it is a r/w/y composite cable?

i dont want to spend half a day messing about with the settings ports etc so any help would be superb

I recommend getting a set of component video cables for your Wii and use them instead of the cables that came with it. You can get a set about anywhere for $20-$30.
