Is there a way to improve DVD Quality on a PS3? - Blu-ray Forum

If I load a movie or show on my PS3 with my 32' HDTV the picture looks a bit pixelated and not as clear as blu-ray. I know DVD only holds a smaller resolution but is there a way to improve the video quality on the PS3 so it looks a little better?

PS3 will up convert. Go to your settings in the XMB for video playback and change the setting. Although I *thought* it was on my default.

must be connected via HDMI for best DVD upconverting.. make sure you are connecting using HDMI cable and using that set as default as well.
