What are the chances of Sex and the City (TV Series) on Blu-ray?

I wonder why some of the seasons were not announced on blu-ray when the first movie was released or now that the second movie is coming out soon. On imdb it says the show was filmed with 16mm so does that make a difference? All the seasons are on sale for $15 each this week but I dont wanna regret it if the series has a chance of releasing on blu-ray.

I don't the series has much chance of getting release, at least not now. Because I think, I can be wrong, but Blu-ray have more male buyers than female. So the show target audience are women so that could not happen in a near future. But maybe it could get released when the 2nd movie hits BD and DVD, who knows some BD releases are unexpected. But I will like to own the show on BD.

Very true. Plus the way it was filmed probably factors in to whether or not it'll eventually make it to Blu-ray. I know nothing about stuff like that, I'm just guessing.
