You sir, made a wise career choice to stay off of Wrestlemania. Not only have you proven that you do not care about the sport of wrestling whatsoever, but the only reason you did the movie was because you care about some little gold statue. You fall into the same category as every other actor in Hollywood, you don't do what you do for the art of it, or the spirit of it, you only do it for accolades and trophies to sit on your mantle, to bolster your little ego. This is why you don't have the heart to ever become a real wrestler. You have also proven that the only reason you did the movie is because you were trying to get one last payday for your washed up, coked out, drugged out career. This movie was not a biography about a fictitious character, rather an autobiography about your own washed up career, a broken down old druggie trying to get one last payday.
You assume that because you play a wrestler in a 90 minute movie that gives you grounds for criticizing the wrestling ability of Chris Jericho, one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, who has captured championship titles all over the world. Pulling out of Wrestlemania was indeed a wise career move. Perhaps you were up late one night, and realized what a complete fool you made of yourself by criticizing Chris Jericho, and that if you stepped into the ring with him, you would only embarass yourself even worse, as any shred of "wrestling ability" you may have garnered from appearing in a 90 minute movie, real or imagined, would have been kicked down your throat by Chris Jericho. Whatever little tiny hope your movie gave to "legitimizing" the sport of pro wrestling in the mainstream media has vanished. Thank god we have you. You are not the great messiah of pro wrestling, no, you are the little sissy boy actor that belongs sitting in your trailer letting the stunt doubles do all the work, as you and your agent sit there picking out what outfit you are going to wear to the Oscars. Thank you Mickey Rourke, for absolutely nothing at all. Sincerely, your biggest fan. |
