What titles do you have pre-ordered, from where, and for how much?

(I searched and didn't find a thread of this nature but, considering the number of results one gets when one searches "pre-order," I wouldn't be surprised to have missed it. My apologies if that's the case.)

Onto the topic. I'm curious what pre-orders everyone is sitting on, where they're coming from, and what the prices are sitting at. I got this idea when I made a spreadsheet of my own Amazon pre-orders in order to get some organization going (and to get the finances straightened out). So feel free to share your lists! Google Docs is a great resource if you don't have Office available, by the way.
