There customer service was good for me. I recommend them. Their prices burn.

Doesn't inet have a free shipping promo now if you spend $49? See if theres anything else to add to get over the threshold

I Guess not a lot of people buy from them

Haven't had to many replys on the subject

they never ever sent me a email back and even on there ebay store never helped me.

So I don't really think there Customer Service is helpful if they can't answer a simple question about shipping.

Theres live chat that can answer questions quickly. Also just step through your order and the shipping cost should be provided.

I' ve ordered from them a lot ( cheap hd dvds yup I love my HiDef anywhich way ) and they are highly recommended, shipping is really good and they are based out of Montreal so no duties but taxes though. Right now with their free shipping on orders over $49 it's good. If you have any questions try their live chat they are very curtious.

I' ve never ordered a box set from them, but that is what they state on their site. But if your boxset is close to $49, add something else to it and get free shipping

The same way they would on Can. $. I know that for Quebec they charge both GST and PST but for other provinces I'm not sure, their live chat is your friend

Oh by the way they also have a canadian site inetvideo.ca, but the prices are adjusted with .com equal to the exchage rate more or less, but the .com often has shipping deals which the canadian doesn't.

I bought a tonne of HDDVDs there over the last few months. I was charged $9.99 shipping on the Planet Earth box set. Still got it for under $30!

BTW, I did get the 4 blurays I ordered from inet video. Only took a week or so for the free shipping but I can confirm that they all came from Canada. Plus, two movies that would be distributed by Weistein (the mist)and New Line (elf) were distributed by Alliance out of Canada, so they are candian versions (same as US version but with different artwork or print). The other two movies were (run fat boy run) and (The Lookout) and both appear to be 100% US versions, but have canadain stickers on the outside (over the plastic wrap) saying they are distributed for canada and have a sticker with canadian content rating.

The most different one was The Mist, which had completely different artwork, and even English and French description of the movie in the back.

I was able to get these movies for only $12.99 each, but I honestly would rather pay a couple of buck more per movie to avoid the surprise and confusion. Another interesting thing, on the movie "Elf" it shows to have an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 (no black bars) while the US version is 1.85:1 (very thin bars) I know for a fact that the ELF bluray is 1.78:1, so the canadian description is actually more accurate.

Anyways, just my two cents, unless this site is offering huge discounts, I would rather own the US versions of my blurays for a couple of bucks more.

According to their site, they have offices in New York and Quebec, but they bill everything in USD, so these days, that means add about 25% to any price you see (as well as 25% to shipping charges). Plus, if they're shipping from Canada (possibly even if they're not) add GST and possibly PST depending on your location. It'll need to be a really good base price by the time you add on everything for it to be a worthwhile deal.

Sorry, but inetvideo does not add any additional charges to your order. The price you see is what you pay. The only additional charge would be the foreign fee your bank charges.

My last order was about $32 US and the only added charge I got was the foreign fee Citibank charges.
