"smoke and mirrors" may refer to any sort of presentation by which the audience is intended to be deceived, such as an attempt to fool a prospective client into thinking that one has capabilities necessary to deliver a product in question.

Which Director creates the biggest, most bada**, spectacles known to man. Films so seamless and effective that you feel as though you are witness to greatness with each repeat viewing. In one word his/her films are EPIC. The King and or Queen of the Epic Film is..........(and for what film?)
