Default RGB scart lead?

what is it and any links to the cable? because when i get a PS3, i will be useing it on a CRT screen and people have been telling me to use an RGB scart. What is it?

That's a analog signal connector that is popular in Europe. It combines analog video and audio signals.

SCART = Syndicat des Constructeurs d'Appareils Radiorécepteurs et Télévision

Elsewhere the audio/video are split. In Japan they have Dn connectors. In North America we have component (RCA x 3).

oh right. because on my TV, i have AV-1 and RGB giving out the same picture when my TV is connected to TV.

Euro consoles are usually supplied with composite cables and a composite to SCART adapter. The picture quality is obviously composite quality - pretty poor.

A true RGB scart cable (always labeled as 'RGB Scart' on the packaging) gives a far better picture.
