UK Blu Ray Movies - Blu-ray Forum

Hi All

I'm new to these forums so be gentle.

I have just been looking at the list of available blu ray movies and was wondering if they will play on a UK PS3?

Any region B or region free Blu-ray disc will play on a UK PS3.

Thanks, do you know if there is a list of upcoming blu ray releases? I would like to get 'The Descent' but can only find it on import.

I dont think it's been announced.. top film tho!
Check Pre-Orders at play that's usually quiye reliable!

This is the oddity - I have just brought Terminator, T2, Underworld Evolution and Fifth Element Region A bluray dvd's from a shop in Hemel - basically I queried and the guy said they would work on my UK PS3 and blow me down they do ....

So it seems either the region coding isnt being used on all disks or the PS3 will play any regions ...

Any one got any more info ...

Sometimes the boxes are marked as Region A but they're actually region A, B, C.
