Default Anyone have a great Blu/360/ps3 rack?

I was at Ikea for the first time in my life this weekend and they had a functional blu rack that would hold my 50 blu's and some 360 games. BUT, its allot bigger than i need. Does anyone have any recommendations for a great, smaller rack? I can't seem to find anything out there. Thanks

This may not be what you want to hear, but given the lack of responses I'll show you the ultimate blu-ray rack, which happens to be what I use.

Just think of all the space you'll save when you toss the extra packaging (cases) and how much more convenient it is to find a movie to watch.

The only thing I don't like about that, is the ease in which your whole collection could walk off so easily.

That's what insurance is for.. but really, in the end it's only stuff. And stuff that you might watch only occasionally again.

If you're really worried about it, it's also a perfect size to store in a fireproof safe when not in use. A fire doesn't care how many cases it has to carry several blocks down the road, it just breaks them up into little pieces and lets the wind take over..

How many folks with 100+ blurays actually rewatch even half of their collection more than a few times aside from the odd few they can't stop watching? That's a hell of a lot of TV time. Really, the biggest thing you lose is the selection for folks who come over to pick a movie - and they'll get over it.

I was like you though.. throwing out all my 'collectable' cases hurt the first time. Even the season box sets and all their inserts went. I got over it. And now I have less clutter.

I don't necessarily agree with you about throwing out the Blu-ray cases and storing them the way you do, but I like your laissez-faire attitude about the whole thing. You're absolutely right in that it is only STUFF. There are many more important things in life than Blu-ray discs (with or without cases).

I did the same thing...but only with my old dvd collection. I did, however keep the nice collectors edition cases.

My Blu's, on the other hand, are much more personal to me and those are staying in their respective case
