Lord of the Rings possibility??? - Blu-ray Forum

Im fairly new here and have not been on this site in a while. But i was just wondering, is it possible that when Lord of the Rings is released on Blu Ray, that i would have both Theatrical and Extended versions on the disk? King kong did which is also a 3+ hour movie.

right now the rumor is that they are only releasing the Theatrical cuts when it is first released and the Extended cuts will come in a later double dip.
