Problem with PowerDVD 8 Ultra and pop up menus. - Blu-ray Forum

In PowerDVD8 Ultra I can't seem to get the pop up menu for The Dark Knightor Batman Begins. I checked some of my other BDs with a pop up menu which is Pearl Harbor and Blade Runner which is also a Warner Bros. BD and those work fine. So anyone have any ideas why only The Dark Knight and Batman Begins menu doesn't work? Anyone else go probs with theirs? It seems problem only happens with Warner Bros. movies that have the loading screen.

Is PowerDVD and videocard drivers all up to date? Those are both newer released movies than pearl harbor or blade runner I believe. Even if not, often this type of thing is a driver/update issue. If all up to date please post specs of system. Thanks,
