What are the differences between the Taiwanese and Hong Kong versions?

From what I can tell ...

1) the distributors are different
2) the Taiwanese version lacks the Cantonese language tracks

Otherwise, do both contain the same cut and aspect ratio?

i stick with the hk version, no catonese track is no good, since contonese track is their native togue in the film. Also the ipman bd has come down a bit for like $33 in yesasia
