Default speakers ok???

Hi all, this is my first post and my first setup (so be gentle with me )

as i am mariried i seem to be permanantly skint...i also have a woman telling me not to put speakers all around the house..

so my setup is budget to say the least...

PS3 (free with mrs mobile)
Onkyo 576 AVR (from santa)
Tacima CS929 Mains Conditioner (from santa)
Panasonic 37PX80 (from catalogue!)
but speakers i have to buy

i was hoping to get the Q Accoustics 1010i (but cant really afford those)

so would the Jamo A102HCS5 setup be ok?

I live in a semi...i also watch movies about 4am.. so would never be able to have the volume blasting...

any advice appreciated

these speakers cant handle much... i sell them and a friend has some... and they clip like there's no tomorrow at anything louder volume... just keep that in mind if you buy them... aside from the inability to handle loudness they sound nice

My best advice for you is to go to a store and audition the speakers. You are the best judge of what sounds good to you, and what you can comfortably fit into your budget and lifestyle.
