Default Question about my Bluray player

So recently I have purchased the following player "Sony Blu-ray Disc Player (BDPS550)" and I have a question!
I have rented three movies two of them work perfectly but one of them "Day after Tomorrow".
Day After Tomorrow works but only certain sounds work! All the speaking sounds don't work though ! So pretty much I only see the video and certain sounds but not all of them
By the way my bluray player is updated!
Now is that the CD or is it my player

In your first post you mentioned that you rented the disc. Is there some way you can return that disc and get another copy to test in the player?

Yes I could defiantly try that!
Is there a way that my bluray doesn't read all bluray disks?
