Default AVP-Requiem...missing code?

There wasn't any insert in my copy of AVPR. When I go to install the digital copy it keeps asking for this code...

Was wondering if any other Blu-Ray owners had this issue...there isn't really anywhere inside the case to have an 'insert' for a code.

I bought the Amazon Alien VS Predator and Alien VS Predator 2 pack, and the code for the digital copy was nowhere to be found. Not a big deal for me, but I should have been there.

Hmm...that's one person out there w/ same problem...which may work to out favor. Maybe this was a problem with many 2-pack Blu's...so Fox won't give too hard of a time sending out a code.

I was wondering how they would have me 'verify' that I'm an actual owner...otherwise, as I'm sure they are thinking, this might be an easy way to 'scam' a free digital copy.

That all being said...isn't my problem. That's the studio problem...if they want to go this route, then give me what I paid for.

I am sure that they know by now that they messed up, and should be willing to vectify the situation.

Not to rehash something old but how many people were successful at this?

I called and they told me NO...I have to return my DVDs to Amazon...which of course means I will be in the same boat since I don't believe any of the two packs has codes?

Did you get the two pack or just the single?

I believe the single did not have issues...at least that is what I have read most places.
