Independent distributors Cult Epics will release Radley Metzger's classic erotic film Camille 2000 (1969) on Blu-ray on July 14th. The film stars Italian beauty Eleonora Rossi Drago (Michelangelo Antonioni's Le Amiche; Valerio Zurlini's Estate violenta).

Pro-B, I know that you said to buy the Extended over the regular version, but what's the difference between the two?

I'm not 100% positive here, but I believe this is the difference. The extended version includes 12 minutes of additional scenes added into the film. The regular version includes the additional scenes as well, but they aren't in the film, they are included as a special feature. I have bought the extended myself, and highly recommend it.

For anyone interested, one of Metzger's "Henry Paris" hardcore pornographic (XXX) films, The Private Afternoons of Pamela Mann, is set to be released in a newly remastered, uncut two-disc DVD set by a label specializing in restored editions of classic adult films. The film has been re-mastered from the original 35mm negative, and will contain a Metzger audio commentary, new video interviews and featurettes, and a 44 page book.

I got mine pre-ordered around the 59.99 price point but was shocked that it went back up in price and has stayed that way ever since. Maybe because it is limited? I would guess the release date is still the 30th. No change listed yet.

I would have to guess they are the UNCUT Version I couldn't imagine they would create a Box Set like this only to use non-collector versions.

My box set is shipping today. I did do one day shipping thru Prime so hopefully it will arrive in good shape and I may be able to post a few pics.

The info the studio released is that they are the extended versions.

I stand corrected. I was actually thinking about the confusion of having extended version and uncensored version with the individual releases and ended up with the wrong info.

My copy arrived today side of it looks like it was rolled all over the WHSE. I already issued a return and replacement thru amazon.com. Here is a slight side view. It just has a shiny style cover.

the copy of SCORE is listed as being NOT RATED.

The Catalog #'s on the spines are

I got my replacement Box Set today and while this one was in better shape. The Fonts of the Titles on the Case if you look closely the foil embossing is off by a bit. I will just hold onto this set.

Now that I have opened the BOX Set and inspecting it the BLU of SCORE is in fact is NOT the uncut version. It is the Theatrical Cut BLU. I am glad I held onto my reg UNCUT edition!

The Shorter Version of Camille 2000 also contains the "cut" footage but the BOX SET should have included the better BLU versions. So to get the XXXXXtra fun haha I need to purchase the actual SOLD Sep. UNCUT versions. The Box Set in the end aside from the CD soundtrack isn't all that spectacular at all.

I would say it is best to hoenstly order the titles as stand alone releases.
