Default Q about Canadian releases

When I am shopping online I read the reviews (usually US reviews) before purchasing. I am particularly interested in extra features compared to previous DVD releases.

My question is, when shopping at Canadian etailers - how can I tell how they compare to the US disks? The Canadian etail sites I have seen give virtually no info on extras...

As far as I'm aware, unless it's a Canadian only release, the discs are always identical.

Can't think of a good site that has specific info on the Canadian only releases though. This site is usually where I get the info on them from.

Thanks , that's sort of what I figured - but still it's a slight concern.

Don't forget you can only run a region igloo player by putting the dogsled team on the treadmill outside

And typically you have to say "Eh" 3 times before it will play the main feature.

there is a skill-testing question too. the retailer will show you this picture:

they will ask "what is this?" if you answer BEANIE they WILL laugh at you and say "get outta here 'yank!"

it's a TOQUE not a beanie!

*edit* in case you haven't noticed, i'm joking around abotu these "questions about canadian BDs." some posters (not saying OP did this at all) but some posters act as if it's like importing from japan or UK or something lol WE ARE IN THE SAME REGION LAWL
