Sweet chance at free tickets. I usually only go when i get free screening invitations and even then i still skip a couple of them. With a 4 year its hard to go out to the movies so when i do its to watch a movie for the kid which i dont mind since im a big animation buff.

Wife and I used to go all the time (once or twice a week every week) but since having a baby we barely get to go at all anymore, especially together. Sometimes I go with my good buddy to shows my wife doesn't care much about seeing.

I used to go to the movies quite a bit, until i realized that everytime i was 8.50 a ticket to go hear people talk through the whole damn movie, but i will definitely go for some free tickets

The last flick I paid for at the theater was Transformers. I did score a free ticket to Gran Tourino, but the next movie that I'll actually pay to see will be Transformers 2. Obviously, I prefer my home theater

I definitely go to theaters regardless of whether tickets or free (but that is a nice bonus), but no more than once every 1-2 months. They definitely don't know me by name, but they also definitely get a decent amount of my money.

I really only go when my friends really want to see something. Last time we all went out to see something was probably to see Quantum of Solace. I've been trying to talk my friends into going to see Watchmen. It's just so expensive to go to the theater now.
