Problem with Tower.com - Blu-ray Forum

I don't use to order from Tower.com before but I found the great deal for Stargate (7.99$), but I have a problem when I want to purchase by credit card.
The system told me that it did'nt know my address (I live in Thailand) and it return to purchase page, so I change credit card to purchase but the system didn't know my address again. I quit and order it from amazon instead (9.99$).

This morning I call to credit card company to check my statement, they told me that I have the order from Tower. 4 order!!

that I repeat when I have the problems in purchasing process.

What should I do?

either call tower or call your credit card company

-- You didnt have 4 orders, you had 4 authorizations, its different. it just means that your credit card company held the funds in case you would complete the order. These authorizations are released after 7-10 days depending on your credit card company.

I ran into the same problem..... you'd have to contact your CC company to enroll in some security deal that Tower now requires....

The way I got around this, was to use a Google Check-out account...... if you check-out via google-check-out, it'll work fine.

I do not trust Tower with my credit card information and only order from them through Google Checkout.
