Does newegg have any price guarentee policy?

Bought some monitor 30s Friday and they got here today but now they are 20 bucks less..... I think I read that they don't but I figured I'd ask. Thanks in advance.

On there forum, I read about a few people who go the price adjusted, because the price lowered before they received it. So they may, but don't think they should.

Here's what a search in their FAQ had to say:

The price of an item I purchased has dropped prior to shipment. Is it possible to get a refund of the difference?

Newegg.com does not offer any price guarantee, because industry prices change too often and too fast. If your order has not shipped, you can cancel the order online and re-order to take advantage of the new prices. All prices are as posted at the time of purchase.

Actually I had multiple tabs open and the wife was waiting for me to start Heroes. I rushed it and updated the wrong tab.

I called them and they said they'd give me $20 bucks off my next order though, so newegg gets a big A+ from me

Now it's time to go order me a CS10 from them.
