PS3 Blu-ray help...

Hi all, Im sure something like this has been asked befor but im going to ask again. I have a samsung LN32A550 and im playing my blu-rays on my PS3 thru HDMI. Im not a huge guru on HDTV or Blu-Ray but I have seen them and I know what there supposed to look like and the basic set up to get it there. I have seen a couple of Blu-rays on a LN46A650 and a LG(dont know model#) and I have also seen It on the same model TV I have that a buddy picked up a few weeks befor I got mine. And they all looked basically the same there all 1080P 60htz but all different Blu-ray players. Now here is the problem.... My Blu-Rays look like CRAP!! My 1080i cable looks way better than my Blu-rays I even have a samsung upscaling DVD player that makes a normal DVD look better than my BD I dont really know whats going on Im just guessing that this has to be something going on with my PS3 beings that my cable and normal DVDs look good. I have tried about 12 different configurations that I have found online for my PS3 but none of them worked If anyone has any Idea what the hell is wrong that would be great. Thanks in advance
