*Introduction*
After talking with several members they feel we should seperate this club out into another thread, to remove any confusions between the clubs and conversations we already had several confusions on whos member of who.

I will keep the member list on the first post and update as often as I can.
This list has not been updated yet ill do that tonight when I get home.

For those that have no idea what this is, its for playstation home, there were three clubs formed as there is a limit of 32 persons per club in Home.

The progress of receiving additional invites may open again tomorrow as I need to recheck who has and who has not accepted there invite.

Im not sure if im happy with how I set the meeting room up but there is a limitation of how much room is needed to walk the aisles and how far away people can see text.

We are close to our limit in membership but we will check our membership pages to see.. right now we are sitting at or close to the 32 member limit so I don't want to offer anyone any false hope.

We do have 3 members who are in threat of losing there invite because they have sat on there invite for over 2 weeks without accepting it, im giving them till sunday to make there mind up.

That is where Pmac made the original, we have some duplication of membership going on but thats expected.

We have separated from that thread to kill any more confusion between the groups.

I fear ill be announcing full membership limits soon, and for that reason any new requests go onto a waiting list. And then get accepted in the order they were sent.

Ive also updated meeting details and cleaned up the first post.

There is a 32 member limit, and we are there at this point, im just waiting to see if some invites clear or not.

Small oversight the list is outdated ill start fresh from the member lists and start a new paper.

Oh and on another note what do you think about the meeting details?

Ive added a detailed description of the meeting content.

Im trying to keep the idea of democracy alive in the club this is why I push that in certain voting I will not allow myself to vote.

The final voting on who becomes co leader will be determined by the present membership.

I hope this all works out to make us a stronger club and better then v1

Yes it is. This sunday will be the 7th.
