I need more Greg Araki blu-rays in my life. I only own an imported version of KABOOM. I wish for a release of Nowhere and Doom Generation tho.

I've been wanting to see this. I'm a big fan of both Shailene Woodley and Christopher Meloni, and I really enjoy Eva Green and Thomas Jane, too. Hopefully this plays in a cinema nearby, as I'd rather pay a few dollars and watch this than a $10 or more rental from various services. I suppose if all else fails, I'll just check this out on video in January. Thanks!

This is my first Araki film, though I've been wanting to check out Mysterious Skin for quite awhile. I watched this over a week ago, and really enjoyed it. It's not exceptional, but a good indie flick. I'm a Shailene fan so she's the reason I watched it, and of course once again she proves to be a terrific actress. She is amazing at crying, wow, lol. The rest of the cast is good, and I like how there were clues to the one twist at the end, and another twist on top of that to surprise you. I really got into the mystery in the second half or so.

Nice to see the Blu-ray has great pq and solid aq and extras. Also that the reviewer gave it a good review, one of the underrated movies of last year.

Good to know, from the few Magnolia releases I've sampled using this site's price tracker, it seems to take a year for them to go below $15, which is my price point. Hopefully it doesn't take that long but for anyone who can't wait $16.99 is a great Day 1 price.
