Bruce Lee on Blu??? - Blu-ray Forum

I was just wondering if any of you folks know of or have heard anything with regards to a box set of Bruce Lee flicks on Blu? I think this would be a great idea. Just wondering if anything like this was in the works???

They do have "Enter The Dragon" on blu which I love,it'sactually one of the cheaper Warner Blu's to boot,and has all the extras ported from the stellar 2 DVD from 2004! I did find The Ultimate Bruce Lee Collection 5 DVD(IncludesThe Big Boss,Fist Of Fury,Way Of The Dragon,Game of Death I and II) collection from Fox a few months back for only $7.99 BRAND NEW & FACTORY SEALED from Tower.com that's 1.59 a movie,hay I know there DVD's but for a box set,that was a steel,and the transfers(ALL IN WIDESCREEN!) are pretty damn good,for low budget films! PS,does any body remember those crappy Madacy versions that looked like they were taped from TV in full screen and Goodtimes DVD's that were Widescreen but had an annoying GT logo on the bottom right of the screen,well the 5 DVD in that set blow those 2 examples out of the water!!! Since Enter The Dragon was a high budget film,a Blu Ray is perfect,for me I'll stick w/ my 7.99 Ulimate Set from Fox,for me that was a hell of a find,maybe they still have it at tower for that price (no just checked,it's now 11.99,but that's still a good price!)

The source material is in bad shape for all of the Hong Kong produced movies and none were recorded with on-stage audio.

It would take a lot of cash to get these remastered and even then, it wouldn't really be worth it with the damaged source. The picture was slightly cleaned up for the Ultimate Collection box DVD released a few years ago and a 5.1 audio mix was created (which is awful and none contain Bruce's actual voice).

Just grab the Ultimate Collection from Best Buy. $14.99. It's about the best we are gonna get and at least contains every audio mix done.
