Orders Through Amazon Sellers

So I bought Hustle & Flow through a seller on Amazon and it arrived pretty quickly, which is always nice. But I noticed something funny about the packaging...first, it was shrink wrapped and not in the normal "hard plastic" type wrapper. Second, the flap on the case that you can optionally press down into the case was already pressed down. Did I just buy a used copy for a "new" price??

Not sure about the flap part, but sometimes movies are shrink wrapped rather than the more standard wrapper. I got Role Models yesterday from Amazon and it was shrink wrapped.

just varies by seller

not all blus you buy through sellers will arrive like they do through amazon. also, did you buy it as a new condition bluray? always make sure you read the listings comments before you make a purchase so you know what you're getting (i.e. the seller might have said something like "flawless disc, cover slightly worn" or something). if the seller falsely advertised an item, try emailing them directly to see if they can resolve your issue. if they don't respond to numerous emails and you feel you have a rational problem, contact amazon to file a claim.

I have gotten a hand full of new blu rays with the flap already pressed down.

I've had pretty good luck, new orders are usually sealed & new as described...once in awhile I'll get a less than ideal used movie. My used copy of Feast II came in a blockbuster case, but with the original cover art and the disc was in perfect condition.
