Default Where will bd dominate at first?

we talk how bd is supposed to be used to record hdtv but do you people think will buy it at first because of that?
Few people have hd screens and those bulky players should cost a lot.
An I wrong to think that first buyers will be computer users, private as well as public just looking to store up all that data. Plus most people have higher resolution computer screens now than tv and computer drives usually cost less than those attached to tv's.
That makes me think that the biggest coup bd people have accomplished was to put computer hardware manufacturers (apple,hp, dell) on their side and by this time next year every computer should have a bd drive shipping

I probably won't use the recording aspect of BD except for each year's Super Bowl. Not much else I'd want to record since both satellite and cable will pale in comparison to BD's quality.

Default bd player

I too have a computer to play today’s DVDS like alot of people but I still find them disappointing as far as viewing videos even when changing resolutions to the highest it can go. Nevertheless, I do like some movies like "house of flying daggers" and yes, I hope I do buy DVD capable of
true HD like BD
