Did anyone else see this and think it was bada**. I loved this movie even though certain parts went to far.I cant wait for this 2 come on blu-ray

Ya, I'm planning on seeing it tomorrow with some friends. The trailer surprised me on how good it looked. Great to know it is awesome movie

Yea its awesome. There is a certain scene that was not needed,but it was an amazing movie.I loved it!

I'm somewhat interested in seeing this. I liked the original even though it is extremely unbalanced in places (moron sheriff etc. etc.) Wes Craven does a pretty good job with overseeing his remakes, but I don't like the especially spoiler heavy trailer.

well when I walked in this movie I didnt expect much from it. I left with me loving it.There are certain "sex" scenes that are gross and disturbing.Besides that it has to be one of the best horror movies of this year.

It's not as good as the original but hell yea did I have a blast with it. The rape scene is really hard to watch but some of the kills were great.

Ugh, rape scenes make me want to vomit. I could barely stomach Zombie's in Halloween.. what's with these filmmakers thinking that showing you more of the action is going to make it scarier.

Well like I said, it's pretty brutal. The reason for showing it, cause it has a bigger impact, it's there to make you feel uncomfortable and does that well.

Well considering it's a remake, and it's been 10+ years since I saw the original, but wasn't a rape scene in that one too? It's not like its a new tactic by film makers going for shock value.

I actually thought it was better than the original. The original actually bored me a bit.

Way better than the original and yeah the rape scene is brutal, but I feel it was necessary and it did not bother me all that much. I don't understand people who are made ill by seeing it. But to each his own. Anyways, definitely one of the best horror films this year. Absolutely loved it.

Just got back from seeing it and it was GREAT... Yea the rape scene was creepy but least its just a movie.... A must see
