This is also posted in the Kick-Ass! update thread, but I'm hoping more people will check it out if I start it's own thread. I am SO looking forward to this movie. Hurry, there's 4 clips. Hopefully they don't pull them

The comics are amazing. The movie's shaping up nicely as well. The Superman theme in the first clip.

Check out the thread half way down the page. It's a comic that's being done a the same time they were filming the movie. They are like on issue 6 or 7. It's way good. It starts with the premise of the first clip. Why don't more people want to be Super heroes? Then it takes it from there and gets pretty dang wild.

I highly HIGHLY recommend the comic.

Edit: The director financed the movie on his own and is hoping a studio will pick it up

It doesn't look like something I'd see in the theater though, it would be a rental for me and a few of my friends.

Seems like it would be a good "guy's night" movie.

I actually like "human" heroes so I'd at least consider it. It looks like a darker spoof of real heroes, kind of like Watchmen which I enjoyed immensely. Not reading the comic though.

Don't know anything about this but it looks like it could be decent. That last clip with the bad @ss chick was awesome though.

This looks absolutely ****ing amazing.

I can't wait to see this thing. Hopefully they get a distributor soon and they set a date for soon as well.
