Help w/ transferring saved data to new ps3?

I started transferring my saved date from my 80gb to my new 160gb. I want to put the 160gb in the living room. So, I transferred all of the saved data except for motorstorm: pacific rift, Rockband 2 and High Velocity Bowling. They are locked for some reason. So is there any way to transfer these? Especially my Rockband 2 saved data? Please help as this is gonna really suck if there is no way to transfer them.

Also is there any issues with saving the game data utility files to a jump drive and transfering them? I have downloaded alot of Little big planet stuff, so will everything get transfered? Like the metal gear solid level pack and costumes? Or like all the rockband 1 songs that are saved on my hard drive and all the rockband 2 downloaded songs.
