QoS Problem - Blu-ray Forum

I just bought QoS(brand new just opened it) and it starts up fine by going to menu etc..., but when i hit play it, my screen goes blank and says Now Laoding..., and the movie never starts just sits their and you cant even go back to the menu just freezes, i have a Panasonic DMP-BD10A player did anyone else have this problem or any ideas how to fix it?

Try updating your players firmaware if you haven't already.
